Quotations & Contracts

1. Quotations and Contracts:
   • Quotations provided by Black Rock Building Solutions are valid for a specified period and are subject to change.
   • Contracts between the client and Black Rock Building Solutions will be agreed upon in writing and will include details of the scope of work, schedule, payment terms, and any other relevant terms.

Payment Terms

• Payment terms for our construction services will be clearly outlined in the contract.
• Failure to make payments as per the agreed-upon terms may result in the suspension or termination of services.

Site Access & Safety

• Clients are responsible for providing safe and secure access to the construction site.
• Black Rock Building Solutions will comply with all relevant health and safety regulations during the construction process.

Change Orders

Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in writing and may result in adjustments to the project timeline and cost.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, including designs and plans, created by Black Rock Building Solutions as part of the construction services, remains the property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Insurance

Black Rock Building Solutions holds appropriate insurance coverage, and clients are encouraged to maintain their own insurance to cover any potential risks associated with the construction project.

Termination

Either party has the right to terminate the contract in accordance with the termination clause outlined in the contract.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Change to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version will be provided to clients upon request.
